    Financial Stewardship

    Donation Records &
    QuickBooks Accounting

Helping PCU maintain accurate records for donor support, accounting, and financial stewardship.

Paragon Christian University is committed to responsible financial stewardship and accurate donor recordkeeping. Contributions received through PCU's giving channels may be recorded through our accounting system, including QuickBooks Online, for proper tracking, reporting, donor support, and institutional accountability.

    Recordkeeping & Tracking

When a contribution is received, PCU may use its accounting and administrative systems to help document the donor name, giving amount, giving category, date of contribution, and receipt status. This helps support scholarship records, Christian education funding, commencement support, institutional development, and ministry impact reporting.

    Giving Methods & Confirmation

Please note that some giving methods, such as debit card, credit card, or PayPal, may be easier to track electronically, while gifts sent through Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, bank transfer, or check may require manual confirmation by the PCU finance or administrative team.

    Contact Finance Office

For questions about donation records, contribution confirmations, or year-end giving statements, please contact the PCU finance office.

Contributions may be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Please consult your tax advisor regarding the deductibility of your contribution. Donations are voluntary and do not guarantee admission, enrollment, academic credit, degree completion, honorary recognition, graduation participation, or any specific academic outcome.
