Institutional Purpose
Paragon Christian University is organized and operated for religious, charitable, and educational purposes. The University provides Christ-centered religious education, ministry preparation, leadership development, biblical instruction, scholarship-supported learning opportunities, and related academic and charitable activities.
Faith-Based Accreditation Disclosure
Paragon Christian University may maintain faith-based accreditation, approval, association, or accountability relationships with private Christian accrediting bodies or educational associations, including the International Christian Accreditation Council (ICAC), where applicable. Such faith-based accreditation is private and religious in nature and is designed to support Christian educational accountability, ministry preparation, biblical instruction, theological development, institutional integrity, academic structure, financial responsibility, and spiritual standards.
Faith-based accreditation should not be understood as U.S. Department of Education-recognized institutional accreditation, CHEA-recognized accreditation, regional accreditation, professional licensure accreditation, professional licensing approval, or government approval unless expressly stated and independently documented. Recognition, transferability, employment acceptance, professional licensing, ordination acceptance, and acceptance by third parties may vary according to the policies of each receiving institution, employer, denomination, jurisdiction, or organization.
Related-Party and Conflict-of-Interest Transparency
Paragon Christian University may maintain relationships with Christian ministries, educational associations, accrediting bodies, service providers, advisors, or affiliated organizations that share similar religious, educational, or charitable purposes. Where common leadership, founder relationships, board relationships, financial relationships, advisory relationships, ministry relationships, or related-party interests exist, the University seeks to follow written conflict-of-interest procedures, disclose relevant relationships where appropriate, document decisions, and ensure that transactions, recognition decisions, accreditation relationships, or institutional relationships are fair, reasonable, mission-related, and not used for private inurement or impermissible private benefit.
Religious Education Disclosure
Paragon Christian University provides religious academic programs designed for ministry, Christian leadership, biblical education, theological development, and faith-based service. Degree recognition, transferability, employment acceptance, licensure, ordination acceptance, or acceptance by third parties may vary. Students are responsible for confirming whether a PCU program meets their personal, ministry, professional, licensing, ordination, employment, or educational goals.
Racial Nondiscrimination Policy
Paragon Christian University admits students of any race, color, national origin, and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the University. Paragon Christian University does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, or ethnic origin in the administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship programs, financial assistance programs, or other University-administered programs.
Donations and Tax-Deductibility
Paragon Christian University has applied for recognition of federal tax-exempt status under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Donations may be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by applicable law if and when recognition is granted by the IRS, subject to IRS rules and each donor’s individual tax circumstances. Donors should consult their tax advisor regarding the deductibility of any contribution.
Donation Non-Exchange Statement
Donations are voluntary and do not guarantee admission, enrollment, academic credit, degree completion, honorary recognition, graduation participation, employment, licensure, ordination, transferability of credits, or acceptance by any third party.
Honorary Degree Statement
Honorary degree nominations are free. Nomination, review, acceptance, and recognition are not conditioned upon any payment, donation, contribution, gift, or purchase. Candidates are reviewed based on service, leadership, ministry impact, humanitarian contribution, educational contribution, community impact, or other mission-aligned achievements. Voluntary contributions may be invited only after acceptance to support scholarships, institutional development, commencement activities, and Kingdom impact, but such support is not required and does not purchase or guarantee recognition.
No Private Benefit
No part of the net earnings of Paragon Christian University shall inure to the benefit of any private individual, officer, director, trustee, employee, founder, or insider. The University uses its resources to advance its religious, charitable, and educational mission.
Political Neutrality
Paragon Christian University does not participate or intervene in political campaigns on behalf of or in opposition to any candidate for public office. The University does not endorse candidates, contribute to political campaigns, or use institutional resources for campaign activity.
Non-Affiliation Disclaimer
Paragon Christian University is an independent faith-based Christian educational institution. Paragon Christian University is not affiliated with, associated with, connected to, endorsed by, sponsored by, operated by, or legally linked to Paragon Christian Alliance Network or any similarly named organization.
Any similarity in name does not indicate ownership, partnership, accreditation relationship, endorsement, denominational control, operational connection, or institutional affiliation. Paragon Christian University operates independently under its own mission, leadership, academic structure, policies, programs, and institutional governance.
