Faith Affirmation
Every director, officer, faculty member, and staff member of PCU is a professing Christian who affirms the Statement of Faith in writing when appointed and again each academic year, and agrees to live by the Christian Community Standards. As a religious organization, PCU considers a candidate's Christian faith and agreement with the Statement of Faith in every appointment, as the law permits. PCU does not discriminate in employment on the basis of race, color, national origin, or ethnic origin.
Faculty Qualifications
Certificate, diploma, and bachelor's courses: a master's degree in the discipline or a closely related field, or a master's degree with substantial documented ministry or professional experience in the subject.
Master's courses: a doctoral or other terminal degree in the discipline or a closely related field.

The Dean of Faculty verifies each faculty member's credentials from official transcripts before the first assignment and keeps them on file.
